Donnie and Deana Evans opened BA Flooring And Design in January 2019. Donnie’s experience in the industry spans extensive with over nineteen years of experience in the home remodeling industry and nine of those years specifically in the flooring industry. He worked as a manager for other flooring stores in Tulsa and was a territory Sales representative for a tile distributor with a territory that included all of Eastern Oklahoma and Northwestern Arkansas. Donnie leads the team with a customer service-driven approach.
Deana's career path was much different spending 20 years in the dental industry. The first half of her career was working in surgery. In the second half, she led as the practice manager where she oversaw multiple locations, employees, and operations. In 2020 she joined her husband part-time in the family business and started Interior Design School. After only knowing the medical and dental field she knew she needed to retrain her brain. After graduating in 2022, aside from accounting and marketing she assists clients and builders in making selections for their projects.

They raised three children in south Tulsa. Shelby, the oldest, is married to her husband Jacob and has a son Aiden who is 4 and a new baby girl born in September 2024, Ivy. Bryce is married to his high school sweetheart Allison and Brooklyn the youngest is a senior in high school. We love spending time at the lake with the kids and our Great Danes, Wrigley and Marley. They enjoy traveling, golfing, Oklahoma State football, and spending time with the grandkid’s tops everything else! The BA Flooring Team wants to be your preferred local flooring dealer to service the local community and all the Tulsa Metro area. We are customer- focused and love helping people love where they live! We will listen to what you are looking for in a living space, your ideas or goals and take your budget into consideration to put together a game plan for your renovation and to meet your family’s lifestyle.

Bryce Hendrix
beginning. As a dedicated manager, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the sales industry.
His background in sales has equipped him with the skills necessary to understand our customers’ needs
and preferences, allowing him to tailor our products and services to meet their unique requirements.
Bryce is committed to excellence and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. He takes pride in
staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the flooring industry, ensuring our store
offers the best and most innovative products available.
Bryce is married to his high school sweetheart, Allison. They have a golden retriever (Winnie). He enjoys
traveling and KC Chiefs football and is obsessed with his new hobby: Pit Master!

Joe Aul
Joe's work ethic and quality control of all products guarantee our installation jobs run smoothly.
Joe is married to his wife Miranda. They have three beautiful children and two cats. In his downtime, he enjoys designing andbuilding things and cooking. His family also likes camping and hiking, and their favorite place to travel is anywhere in the mountains.
Fun Fact- Joe went to college for animation
Shelby Fowler
Shelby's favorite part of her job is watching our clients' faces light up when our team makes their visions a reality. We are customer service-driven and family-oriented. She proactively reaches out, provides additional information, and addresses any questions or concerns they may have before installation.
Shelby has been married since 2018 to her husband, Jacob, and has a 4-year- old boy named Aiden and a dog named Creed. (They also expect their second child to arrive in September 2024). She also enjoys watching movies, hanging out with her family, and watching football as an Oklahoma State and Kansas City Chiefs fan!
Fun Fact: Shelby has traveled to all 50 states and 4 countries.
Travis York
His passion for flooring stems from a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of his work. Helping clients turn an outdated area into a beautiful one that fits their needs is what's most rewarding in the job.
Travis is married to his beautiful wife, Caroline, and has two boys, Nathan, and Caleb. They have two dogs named Chimi and Lola. Away from work, he enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing in the crystal-clear streams of the Ozarks. He and his family enjoy attending the local Tulsa Drillers and Tulsa Oilers team games. When football is in season, you will find him cheering the Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners on.
Fun Fact: He played baseball in school and currently plays in the men'ssoftball league.
